Todd and Angie Banks, of Shepherdstown, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Erica J. Banks to Frank W. Dunn, son of Donnie and Karen Dunn, of Ranson.

Banks is a 2001 graduate from Jefferson High School, a 2005 graduate from Shenandoah University, where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in biology, and a 2008 graduate from West Virginia University School of Medicine, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She is currently employed with Genesis Rehab Services and does contract work for Panhandle Home Health, Inc.

Dunn is a 2004 graduate from Jefferson High School. He is currently employed with Loudoun Water.

A July 2012 wedding is planned.
