Jala Yoga announces Schedule

Jala Yoga, located at Mellow Moods Cafe and Juice Bar, 117 West German Street, Shepherdstown, has announced its spring/summer schedule, effective Tuesday, May 1. New offerings include a Level 1 Vinyasa Flow class on Thursday evenings, 6:30-7:45 p.m., taught by Kitty Clark; Power Yoga on Sundays, 12-1:30 p.m., taught by Luke Collins; and a 6-week Pilates class on Wednesdays, 10-11 a.m., beginning on May 16, taught by Laura Lowe. In addition to Jala’s regular class card rates, special summer class cards are also available. Students can purchase an unlimited four-month class pass for $350, valid from May 1 to August 31; or they can purchase unlimited monthly class passes for $92 per month. Jala is also offering a weekender pass for $39, with which students can take unlimited classes from Friday to Monday.

Jala Yoga offers classes seven days a week in the vinyasa style of yoga in which poses flow from one to another. Jala Yoga believes that yoga is accessible and necessary for everyone, and both beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome.
