Samantha Crumpton and Jesse Crumpton of Falling Waters welcomed the arrival of Sebastian Reed Crumpton on March 26 at 6:53 a.m.

Sebastian weighed seven pounds and measured approximately 19 inches upon arrival.

The baby’s paternal grandparents are Steven and Sandra Crumpton of Boonsboro, Md. The paternal great-grandparents are Arnold and Bessie Cooper of Martinsburg and Meryl and Connie Young of Frederick. Md.

The maternal grandparents are Mark and Kimberly Leasure of Saint James, Md. The maternal great-grandparents are June Leasure of Shepherdstown, Charles Brown of Hagerstown, Md. and Andy and Beverly Anderson of Chambersburg, Md.
