The Chronicle begins this month with what will be an ongoing feature in our paper. We salute Mike and Bonnie Austin for their multiple volunteer activities in and around Shepherdstown. Both have served in a variety of activities to assist their friends and neighbors and help make Shepherdstown a better place.
