Stephanie Maines and Mitchell Maines of Shepherdstown welcomed the arrival of baby Garrett Jonathan Maines on April 14, 2012 at City Hospital in Martinsburg. Garrett weighed in at 7 pounds, four ounces and measured 20 inches in length. The baby’s paternal grandparents are Gary and Ann Maines of Centreville Va. The maternal grandparents are Steve and Penny Stange of Naperville, Ill.
