The nonprofit Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E. (Association for Research and Enlightenment) is sponsoring the 37th annual Mid-Atlantic Region Retreat at Shepherd University beginning Friday, June 8 with check in time from 4-6:30 p.m. and concluding at noon on Sunday, June 10.

The topic for the 37th annual retreat is medical Intuition and the guest speaker is the internationally known C. Norm Shealy, MD, Ph.D, who is a neurosurgeon, psychologist, founding president of the American Holistic Medical Association, co-founder with Caroline Myss of the American Board of Scientific Medical Intuition, an organization that trains and certifies medical intuitives and author of 26 books including his latest, “Medical Intuition.”

This popular program will take one on a journey into the world of medical intuition, a science of the soul, where one will learn to tune into their own intuition and waken the body’s innate intelligence and healing abilities.

Saturday evening activities from 7 to 9:30 p.m. include intuitive readings, energy work fair and free mini-workshops.
