Amanda and Isaac Whitmore of Shepherdstown, announce the birth of their son, Eli Otto, at 6:20 p.m. on June 20, 2012, in City Hospital, Martinsburg. He weighed 10 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21.5 inches long at birth. Paternal grandparents are Debbie and Scott Whitmore of Rohersville, Md. Paternal great-grandparents are Kitty and Howard Whitmore of Charles Town. Maternal grandparents are Paula and Randy Tremba of Shepherdstown. Maternal great-grandparent is Betty Egan of Shepherdstown.
