Storied Evenings to share tales

In keeping with Shepherdstown’s 250th Anniversary, “Growing up in Shepherdstown” is the theme of Storied Evenings: Music, Art & Tales at the Historic Shepherdstown Presbyterian Meeting House, 100 W. Washington St., Shepherdstown. The free programs are on three consecutive Wednesdays and begin at 7:30 p.m.

The schedule of speakers and special music is: Jim Price with music by pianist Bob Sykes, accompanied by Scott Silbert and Anita Thomas on July 11; Gay Shepherd Henderson and Wanda Grantham with music by violinist Heather Austin-Stone accompanied by Trevor Rowland on July 18; Frank Hill and Holly Morgan Frye with music by soprano Natalie Conte, accompanied by Scott Beard on July 25. The artwork of Pat Barnes will be exhibited in the Fellowship Hall for the entire month of July.
