Paul Espinosa, chairman of the United Way of the Eastern Panhandle, noted “our Board of Directors is excited about Tiffany’s selection. We know she will help us move to the next level in aligning our constituents’ volunteer and donor aspirations with the many opportunities inherent in our mission”.
Mulford noted that “we certainly expect our greater community, our partners and most importantly those we all serve to be the beneficiaries of Tiffany’s energy, expertise and passionate engagement as she takes on her role”.
