Julia Creamer Garvin of Martinsburg and Richard C. Blickenstaff of Summit Point, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Marie, to Brian J. Collins ,Jr. son of Tamie Duke and Brian Collins, Sr. both of Martinsburg. Blickenstaff is a 2006 graduate of Jefferson High School and a 2010 graduate of Shepherd University. She holds a bachelors degree in math education and is employed by Prince William County Schools as a sixth grade math teacher. Collins is a 2006 graduate of Jefferson High School and a 2011 graduate of Shepherd University. He holds a bachelors degree in elementary education and is employed by Jefferson County Schools as a fifth grade elementary teacher. An October 2012 wedding on the family farm, Locust Grove in Summit Point is planned.
