The Shepherdstown Planning Commission will hold a special meeting to continue the public hearing regarding the Kalathas Annexation Petition on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012 at 7 p.m. The petition requests annexation of a property adjacent to the Shepherdstown Wastewater Treatment Plant on East High St.
