The Shepherdstown Public Works Department will begin its’ Concrete Curb Improvement Project on or around Monday, Dec. 17. Below are the areas to be improved and the order in which they will be done: North King Street (between High Street and Queen Alley), West High Street (between Church Street and King Street) and North Church Street (between Queen Alley and High Street). Traffic flow could be reduced to single lanes in the work areas. However, every effort will be made to minimize interruptions in traffic patterns.
