To improve one’s soil and increase yield, try organic gardening. Learn about microbes in the soil, reduce pests in the garden and harvest more good things to eat. Even look at the many ways to preserve the harvest. Classes start Wednesday, Jan. 30 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Wildwood Middle School and run for eight weeks.
