It’s an intense night of drinking, bickering, humor, drama, fun and games – all under one roof – as the Apollo Civic Theatre presents the area premiere of Edward Albee’s 2005 revised edition of his Tony Award-winning play, “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?”

George and Martha have just returned home from a party, when Martha announces she has invited a younger couple to join them for a nightcap. As the night goes on and the liquor flows, the edgy yet sometimes humorous banter takes a serious turn. By dawn, the degrading mess that George and Martha have made of their lives is exposed in this classic play famously made into a 1966 movie starring real-life couple Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.
