Alisha Mobley and Lamar Edwards of Shepherdstown welcomed the arrival of Mariyah Nicole Edwards on Jan. 1, 2013 at 5:24 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.

The baby wished 5 pounds, 5.6 ounces upon arrival and measured 17.5 inches in length.

The paternal grandparents are Edith Wilcox of West Virginia and Edward Gaskins of South Carolina.

The paternal great-grandparents are Earl and Mae Edwards of Ranson.

The maternal grandparents are Scott and Nancy Mobley of Shepherdstown. The maternal great-grandparent is Rhoda Dillow of Charles Town

Mary Elizabeth Stebbins and Josue Anthony Santos, of Bakerton, welcomed the arrival of Lucas Antonio Stebbins on Dec. 18, 2012 at 11:51 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.

The baby weighed 8 pounds, 2.2 ounces at birth and measured 18.5 inches in length.

The paternal grandparents are Joe Santos and Ana Salazar of Martinsburg. The maternal grandparents are George and Joanne ( deceased) Stebbins of Bakerton.
