Asbury Church in Shepherdstown announced today that it will hold its official groundbreaking ceremony for the new Asbury multipurpose building on Sunday, March 10 at 12:30 p.m., immediately following their 11 a.m. worship experience.

The new Asbury facility(a multi-million dollar project) is a result of Asbury’s continuing desire to invest in this community and better serve the needs of families in this area. Asbury Church is hopeful that the multipurpose building and the programs offered in it will help to improve the quality of life in the Shepherdstown community and surrounding areas. Expected completion date is Oct. 2013.
