The Eastern Panhandle Chapter of the National Foundation of Blind West Virginia will conduct a panel discussion on how to support the blind and their families titled, “Individuals Strengthening Communities,” for the visually impaired, blind and disabled on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 1 to 3 p.m. This event will be held at the Shepherdstown Community Club, 102 E.
