Christian Caine has promoted Jennifer Blackford Fountain GG (GIA) to the position of general manager.

In her position as general manager, Fountain is responsible for overseeing all store operations and staffing. Additionally, she will remain in charge of the gemology department and continue to lead the team in design projects.

Fountain brings over 20 years’ experience in the jewelry business to her new role. She received her graduate gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America in 2004. For the past 10 years she has been an integral part of the Christian Caine team. Her leadership and interpersonal skills were instrumental in positioning the company in the marketplace. In addition to traveling throughout Europe with the Christian Caine design team, she interacted with Danish jewelers in a Rotary GSE program in Denmark.

A lifelong area resident and Jefferson High School graduate, Jennifer is the mother of Garrett and Tyler Campbell, and resides in Martinsburg, with her husband Wayne.
