Obituary D’Angelo
Josephine Virginia D’Angelo, 90, of Millville, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town.
Born May 12, 1923, in Millville, she was the daughter of the late Frank C. and Thelma Reynolds Wiley.
She was a member of Bolivar Pentecostal Church of Christ in Harpers Ferry, where she was a member of the Ladies Ministry.
Josephine retired from Holliday and Tyler Printing Company in 1986.
She is survived by three daughters, Linda Hardy and husband, John, of Ranson, Susie Hardy and husband, Hammer, of Charles Town, and Brenda Morgan and husband, Mike, of Shepherdstown; one son, Dickie D’Angelo and wife, Chris, of Harpers Ferry; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie, to whom she was married for 62 years, in 2004; one daughter, Carol Ann Cooley; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2013, at the Bolivar Pentecostal Church of Christ, 87 Old Taylor Lane, Harpers Ferry, with the Rev. B.G. Turner officiating. Interment was in Fairview Lutheran Cemetery.
