Caregivers receive grant

Sen. John Unger this week presented a grant to the Jefferson County Commission for passage on to the Good Shepherd Volunteer Interfaith Caregivers in the amount of $10,000. Unger told the Commission Thursday that there are “a lot of good organizations in Jefferson County that help people. One of those is Good Shepherd that helps people not only meet their needs, but develop relationships with them.”
