The 24th Over the Mountain Studio Tour will be held Nov. 9 and 10 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. From Shepherdstown to Charles Town, 21 artists and craftspeople will present the best of their wares at nine studio stops along a scenic driving routhe throughout Jefferson County. New this year, each stop will have scheduled demonstrations throughout the weekend. Map brochures are available at local businesses, each tour stop and the tour website at www.studiotourwv.org.

This year’s handmade one of a kind offerings inlcude basketry, pottery, cabinetry and fine furniture making, hand hewn bowls, wood sculpture, polymer clay, stained glass, folk art, colored pencil, oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings, mixed media collage, tile topped metal furniture, hand-sewn bears, blacksmithing, jewelry of many styles and needle arts.
