The Partnership for Affordable Housing (PAH) was launched in 2005 to address the urgent and unfulfilled need for affordable housing in Jefferson County. PAH was put into motion through the hard work, dedication, and concern of a nucleus of caring citizens, organizations and businesses. PAH sponsors a homebuyer education class on the third Saturday of every month. The next class is December 21 and places are available by appointment. Classes for groups of four or more at other dates and times and in Spanish can be arranged by special request.

One-on-one credit counseling is also available by contacting the office.

The Partnership’s mission is to ensure access to safe and affordable housing through advocacy, education and the development of housing resources.
