Sound-healer Ann Craig will lead a mini-workshop on “Chakra-Balancing with Crystal Singing Bowls” Feb. 15 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Harmony Healing Arts Center, 211 East New St., Shepherdstown. Ms. Craig will guide participants through the major chakras, using visualization, breath, vocal-toning, and the songs of her eight crystal singing bowls. After moving through the energy body, participants will be led into a deep relaxation to help seal the balance and wholeness of the session.

Tuition for the workshop is $20 (before Feb. 5) and $25 (after Feb. 5).

Ms. Craig performs regular sound-meditation concerts at Harmony on the first Friday of each month at 6 pm and on the third Friday of each month at noon. The concerts, open to the public, are free. Contributions are gratefully received but not necessary.
