The Norwalk Soap Box Derby is currently holding registration for this year’s All-American derby race, scheduled for June 7, in Martinsburg. The race is limited to 60 cars, open to boys and girls from 7 to 18 years of age with three divisions available.

Stock Division drivers must be 7 to 13, with a maximum combined car and driver weight of 200 pounds. Super Stock Division drivers must be 9 to 17, with a maximum combined car and driver weight of 240 pounds. Masters Division drivers must be 10 to 18, with a maximum combined car and driver weight of 255 pounds. All Masters drivers must have raced at least once in either of the other two divisions before entering this class.

Registration is $35 to participate and must be received by March 18. Don’t have a derby car? Give us a call and we’ll try and get you into one of the corporate sponsored cars.
