Al and Jane Clipp of Martinsburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Noelle, to Christopher Lee Johnston, son of Barbara Fender of Las Vegas, Nev.

Miss Clipp is a 2000 graduate of Martinsburg High School and a 2005 graduate of Shepherd University. Mr. Johnston is a 1992 graduate of Rush-Henrietta Senior High School and a 1996 graduate of Bryant and Stratton College, both in Henrietta, N.Y. Both currently work as contractors with the United States Department of State in Washington, DC.

An October 2014 wedding is planned.
