Opera House celebrates with graduates
The Shepherdstown Opera House is pleased to bring you a night of music and laughter to celebrate Shepherd University graduates. Opening the show, Steve Cifala will play a set of acoustic America and folk inspired music. Nationally known comedian, Big Al Goodwin will follow with stand up comedy. It’s on Saturday, May 10 at 8 p.m. General admission is $10. Graduates get 50% off with a diploma.

Big Al was a winner on America’s Funniest People, he has been interviewed on The Billy Bush Show, and he has been seen in numerous commercials on PBS. Having played almost every club and college in the country, Big Al progressed to larger venues and theaters opening for Jim Gaffigan, Dave Chappelle, Wayne Brady and Steven Wright.
Big Al was a finalist in HBO’s Lucky 21 Contest where he represented the East Coast in the Las Vegas Comedy Festival.
