Team government, Del. Stephen Skinner, Commissioners Patsy Noland, Lyn Widmyer and Jane Tabb and Del. Paul Espinosa took top honors in the Win It In a Minute fundraiser competition held Friday evening at the Ranson Civic Center. All proceeds from the event will fund the Jefferson County Independence Day celebration.
