Students took part in National Piano Playing
The American College of Musicians held the 2014 annual National Piano Playing Auditions May 13- to 16 at Shepherd University. Eighty-three students form Berkeley, Jefferson and surrounding counties participated in this years event. Mrs. Elizabeth Spiers of Henrico,Va., served as adjudicator. Local teachers entering students were Jenny Anderson of Kearneysville, Janet Marsceau of Shenandoah Junction, Gary Mullenax of Martinsburg, Sandra Paine of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, and Ruth Raubertas of Shepherdstown.
