Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Lowe of Martinsburg, and Dr. William Hutson of Baltimore are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Lee Hutson to Ryan Michael Rowland, son of Mr. Donald Rowland and Mrs. Annette Cooper.

Megan is a 2009 graduate of Martinsburg High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University in May 2013 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology.

She is employed as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with inVentiv Health/Merck.

Ryan is a 2009 graduate of Martinsburg High School and attended Fairmont State University. He later joined the West Virginia Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer. Ryan has since graduated from the West Virginia State Police Academy and is employed as a Deputy with Jefferson County Sheriffs Department. The couple will be married on Sept.13, 2014, in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
