As a benefit for the Jefferson High School Key Club, a branch of Kiwanis International dedicated to community service, Dr. Dave Didden and Joe Yates are putting on a production of “Rounding Third” on Friday, June 27 and Saturday, June 28, at the Shepherdstown Community Club (Men’s Club).

The play was presented at the Contemporary American Theater Festival a number of years ago.

Yates was an understudy for the production and fell in love with the show.

The evening will also include a spaghetti dinner at 6:30 p.m., and the donation to the Key Club is $25 per person.

The JHS Key Club is an organization that helps to instill a sense of community service and leadership in high school students.
