The Shepherdstown Community Club will host its annual Labor Day Picnic on Monday, Sept. 1 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Morgan’s Grove Park. The event is for the members and friends of the SCC, as well as the public and friends of Morgan’s Grove Park.

Come to the park and enjoy grilled burgers from Danny Rohrer Meats, as well as hot dogs, sodas, chips and salsa, and, if possible, bring a dish to share. Salads and desserts are welcome. There is a nominal charge for the burgers and hot dogs to help offset the cost.

Join the fun and enjoy the music of the famous Rohrersville Band who provides entertainment again this year. Bring some friends and share good food, meet neighbors and enjoy the beauty of the community park.
