Transit Authority happenings
There have been some very big changes going on at the Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority. EPTA officially launched a new logo on July 21, on their fleet of buses. Notice the buses traveling throughout Berkeley and Jefferson Counties sporting the new EPTA logo of blue and gold, colors chosen to represent the official colors of the state of West Virginia.
The new logo represents EPTA’s commitment to Safety, Courtesy and Reliability. The logo brings together the Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority’s name and the roads the transit system serves in Berkeley and Jefferson counties.
EPTA’s previous logo represented the agency proudly for more than a decade. As EPTA enters into the new fiscal year, the organization will be recognized as EPTA. It will continue to operate with the same commitment to the Eastern Panhandle by serving the riders of Berkeley and Jefferson counties in West Virginia.
