The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown has inducted Riley Moore as a new member on Sept. 2 at their regular meeting. Moore is a vice president of the Washington, D.C. consulting firm Podesta Group, where he serves as a consultant and adviser to several foreign governments and defense companies. Previously, he was a member of the professional staff of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs for nearly seven years. In that capacity, he served as secretary of the US delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly during 2011 and 2012. He holds a Masters in Strategic Security Studies from the National Defense University and a Bachelor of Science in Government and International Affairs from George Mason University.
