Dorothy and Shaun McGillick, Sr., of Harpers Ferry, announce the birth of their daughter, Evelyn Anne McGillick at 7:54 a.m. Oct. 3, 2014 at Jefferson Medical Center. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long. Welcoming their sister were Jacob and Shaunie.

Paternal grandparents are Albert and Doris McGillick, Shenandoah Junction; paternal great-grandparents are George and Virginia Manry, Brick, New Jersey. Maternal grandparents are Miek and Andrea Kerns, Harpers Ferry.

Katrina Drummonds and Richard Dorsey, of Kearneysville, welcomed their son, John Marshall Dorsey, at 1:20 p.m. Oct. 9, 2014 at Jefferson Medical Center. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 22 inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Jennifer Dorsey and John Dorsey, of Kearneysville; paternal great-grandmother is Darlene Edwards, Kearneysville. Maternal grandparents are Tammy and Larry Drummonds, Jr.,
