Steve and Debbie Fogle of Walkersville, Maryland are excited to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Lynn Fogle to Justin Lance Osbourn, son of Mark and Sharon Osbourn of Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Walkersville High School. She received her certification in massage therapy from Synergy Massage & Wellness Center in 2004. Kristin is currently practicing as a licensed Orthodontic Assistant in Clarksburg, Maryland.

The future groom is a 1999 graduate of Jefferson High School, Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer & Information Sciences in 2006 from Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Justin is currently employed as a Network Engineer in Frederick, Maryland.

Their wedding is planned for April 2015 in Cancun, Mexico.
