Michelle DeStefano, certified consulting hypnotist, will host a “Past Life Regression” workshop, Sunday, Dec. 7 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Harmony Healing Arts Center, 211 East New Street, Shepherdstown.

Participants will work in teams of two, taking turns recording notes of each others experience. Wear comfortable clothes; mats, blankets provided but you may wish to bring your own “comfort” props, such as pillows. Cost is $20 per person if registered on line. DeStefano specializes in hypnosis for healing and pain management. She also is a licensed acupuncturist, who has been helping people heal since 1999. She is a member of the American Hypnosis Association and the National Guild of Hypnotists. Her certification for Past Life Regression is with the Brian Weiss Institute, where she was trained by Dr. Weiss.
