2Lt Donald Bret Hale, USAF, formerly of Harpers Ferry and a graduate of Jefferson High School and Shepherd University recently received his Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. Lt Hale has been selected as Operations Analyst of the year. Hale is stationed at Eglin AFB, Florida, along with wife Chi and daughter Gemma.
