A fundraiser has been launched to support Shepherdstown business owner, Amii Fritz and her family. Fritz, who owns the cloth diapering and baby supplies store Up On the Hill, unexpectedly delivered her third child on Jan. 2, more than three months before his due date. Baby Fritz was born just 1 pound, 9 ounces and is currently under care in a local NICU.
