To celebrate receipt of the WV Department of Environmental Protection Certificate of Completion for cleanup of the former 4.5 acre Shepherdstown dump site, Shepherdstown Public Library is hosting a celebration event at the future site of the new library at the end of Lowe Drive across from the Clarion Hotel. The celebration will take place during National Library Week on Saturday, April 18, starting at 4 p.m. Refreshments will be served. This event is open to the public, and everyone who would like to attend is welcome.
