The Apollo Civic Theatre, 128 E. Martin Street, in Martinsburg, continues its 2015-16 season with the holiday comedy “Dashing Through The Snow” Dec. 11-20. Show times are 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2:30 p.m.on Sundays.

This family-friendly southern comedy, written by the team of Jones-Hope-Whooten, is set in the lobby of the Snowflake Inn in Tinsel, Texas, where a colorful parade of eccentric guests begin arriving four days before Christmas. It all leads up to a spur-of-the-moment Christmas Eve wedding that will leave audiences having more fun than a joyride in a one-horse open sleigh!

Audience members are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item as part of the Apollo food drive. All items will be donated to the Martinsburg Rescue Mission for men and the Bethany House for women and children.
