Members of the Shepherdstown Rotary Club and the Shepherd University Rotaract Club gathered in downtown Shepherdstown on November 21 to decorate the town’s iconic McMurran Hall building and the town Christmas tree for the upcoming “Christmas in Shepherdstown” celebration.

The Rotary Club has performed this service for the town each year for many years.
