Come support the Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County by enjoying a delicious buffet, silent and live auctions and raffles to benefit the Society’s renovations of the existing dog kennels. The new cat room was completed this year with the proceeds from last year’s Valentine event. Now it is time to update the 10 dog kennels to create a comfortable and safe area for the dogs waiting to be adopted. The 7th annual Purrfect Valentine Buffet is being held at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races on Saturday, Feb. 13 from 5:30-10 p.m. in the Skyline Ballroom.
