Jefferson High’s March Cougars participated Saturday in the National Cherry Blossom Festival parade held in Washington, D.C. The award-winning band is under the direction of Mr. J.P. Lynch and Ms. Larissa Elliott. The group was one of under 20 bands in the parade and the only entry from West Virginia.
