Shepherdstown Rotary inducts new members

The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown inducted two new members at its regular breakfast meeting May 3 at the Bavarian Inn. The new members are Justin Anderson, of Boonsboro, Maryland and Teresa Nicole Saunders-Meske, of Shepherdstown.
Anderson is a Sales Executive at Innovative, Inc., a Frederick, Maryland-based information technology service company specializing in network support, infrastructure, phone and computer systems and disaster recovery solutions. He joined the firm in November 2015. Previously, he worked in the banking sector for 12 years.
Originally from Philadelphia, he graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. He volunteers at the Hospice of Washington County Maryland.
Saunders-Meske is an attorney and principal of Saunders-Meske, PLLC, a Shepherdstown firm that focuses on general civil law with an emphasis on education law and business and personal succession planning.
Previously, she taught Business Law, Business Ethics and Computer Science at Blue Ridge CTC and worked at the law firm of Bottner & Spillman in Charles Town.

She has a BA from Ohio State University and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law. Before moving to West Virginia, she practiced law in Florida and also served three years as the Executive Director for the Miami Council for International Visitors, Inc.
Saunders-Meske has served on the board of Jefferson County’s AHA!, and been its Vice President and President. She is a member of the Fellows of the American Bar Association and the Eastern Panhandle Bar Association. She is also a current board member of the Historic Shepherdstown Commission and a member of the Shepherd University WISH foundation.
She was a member of the Shepherdstown Rotary Club in 2010 and 2011 but shifted her membership to the Charles Town Rotary Club when she began practicing law there. With her practice now in Shepherdstown, she has rejoined the Shepherdstown Club.
The Shepherdstown Rotary Club’s membership currently totals 66.
