The June 3 First Friday Coffeehouse will feature old-time and bluegrass artist Dennis Cash from North Carolina. The event is held at Trinity Orchard House on Route 45 mid-way between Shepherdstown and Martinsburg. Doors open for social time and open mic sign-up at 7 p.m. All open mic participants should be there early to get a slot to perform at one of the area`s premier listening rooms. Up to eight performers can show off their talents during the hour preceding the feature act.

Cash is a talented multi-instrumentalist and interpreter on old-time, gospel and bluegrass music. He has performed in bluegrass bands and as a solo artist all over the eastern U.S.
