Advance Auto Parts, located at 890 East Washington Street in Charles Town, recently had a ribbon cutting to announce their grand opening. Members of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, town dignitaries and other guests were on hand to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, Aug. 12.
