Carly Day, age 12, won first place for the second year in a row in the annual Hot Monkey’s Big Chili Cook Off to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Second place winner was 9th grader, Trinity Shipley, and third place winner was River Jenkins.The event was held last weekend at the Shepherdstown Train Station.
