The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown has inducted Meghan Metzner as a new member.

The induction ceremony was held at the Club’s Sept. 6 regular breakfast meeting at the Bavarian Inn.

Metzner has been a communications specialist at Platinum PR in Shepherdstown since October 2014. Her primary focus is marketing and promotion for economic development through a variety of platforms including web, social media, print and radio.

She is a 2014 graduate of Hood College, where she majored in Communications Arts, with a Minor in Business Administration.

She resides in Hagerstown, Maryland, with her husband Sam.

The Shepherdstown Rotary Club’s membership currently totals 67.
