There were lots of residents stamping their feet at the music at Canterbury Center when Shepherdstown Middle School band, directed by Chad Conant, started to play Christmas songs.

The dining room atmosphere was full of colors of joy. We could witness how music could reach our residents in a positive way: some of them were singing along, others were “dancing.”

The center feels very honored to have Shepherdstown Middle School band visiting twice a year. The students, wearing their Christmas colors, gave a wonderful performance.

All at Canterbury hope these talented students can continue their music career as they move on with their education.
