Jefferson High School Key Club and the Kiwanis Club of Shepherdstown partnered on Saturday, April 15, to conduct the semi-annual Adopt-a-Highway litter pickup from the 4-way stop in downtown Shepherdstown along Route 480 to Ridge Road. 15 large bags of litter were collected.
